CESCO offers sanitary and non-sanitary heat exchangers for all applications in the biotech industry. 

Sanitary applications:   CESCO offers shell and tube designs, that meet the latest ASME BPE standards.  Every unit is customized to meet your exact requirement.  We are experienced with heating, cooling, unsteady state, vaporization, and condensing applications.  Only the finest quality higher alloy materials are used, and the turnover packages are complete, with all validation documents, including NDT reports and certifications, complete material test reports, and all other necessary certifications.  Application examples include WFI coolers and product heating and cooling.

Non-sanitary applications:   CESCO offers highly efficient plate heat exchanger technology.  This includes traditional gasketed units, as well as semi-welded, fully welded, brazed, and fusion welded designs.  These units can be made out of a wide variety of alloys and gasket types.  Two significant advantages of plate heat exchangers are their ability to handle a temperature cross, and they also can provide a closer temperature approach than a shell and tube design (<2 deg F for plate style, about 10 deg F for shell and tube style).  Applications include heating/cooling loops, CIP fluid heating/cooling, steam heating applications, pasteurization, and sludge heating/cooling.
